Hi all, I’m honoured to announce that I have partnered with the Tottenham Hotspur new stadium. I will be joining 5 other internationally acclaimed chefs to bring high-end cuisine from around the world to the stadium on match days throughout the season.
When the stadium opens in August 2018, we will be working in the On Four area, located on level 4, providing dishes to a collection of suites, loges and the H Club. At the H Club, you can enjoy light bites and drinks at the Lumiere Bar, enjoy brasserie-style fine dining, or have your dishes prepared tableside at the chef’s table situated in the kitchen. There is also a players’ table, where you can dine with the Club’s greatest sportsmen.
On Four is an up-market area designed to be both comforting and stylish, and the same will be true of the menu, which will include cuisines from all over the world, including my Brilliant style of Indian cooking.
The partnership will be a great opportunity to work alongside many well-known chefs, such as Albert Roux, Michel Roux Jr., Emily Roux, Chris Galvin and Bryn Williams. I look forward to cooking some exciting and delicious food, and hope you’ll give the stadium a visit!
