Our Brilliant cookery courses run by Celebrity Chef and Author Dipna Anand are suitable for all with a passion and desire to cook.
Courses take place at The Brilliant Restaurant and candidates are taught how to cook 3-6 dishes within 3 hours. There are several course menus to select from and all courses are suited to any culinary level.
You do not have to be an expert chef to enrol on to a Brilliant cookery course and even if you have not really cooked a great deal, our team of Chefs will assist you in perfecting your culinary skills. Courses run from 12-3:00/3:15pm and the food cooked is packed for candidates to take away with them.
Each course starts with an introduction/presentation discussing cooking style, spices and course content and candidates are encouraged to ask questions throughout the course. Individuals are mentored and trained by Chef Dipna and senior chefs from The Brilliant Restaurant are on hand to further assist throughout the course.
Each individual is equipped with their own cooking station/table, a spice box and the equipment needed for the course duration. All cookery courses are recognised by The University of West London.
Courses are suitable for adults and children between the ages of 12-16.Children must be accompanied by an adult. Courses can be purchased online or over the telephone as well as directly at The Brilliant Restaurant.
Open cookery course vouchers are also available to purchase as gifts for £105. If a more expensive course is decided to be taken by the recipient, they can pay the difference on the day of the course or upon confirming their course date.

A delightful insight into the world of clay oven cooking. You will skewer your meat specialities and be shown how to cook using a clay oven. You will be taken into The Brilliant kitchen and taught the art of grilling foods, deep frying Indian breads and cooking the perfect vegetarian curry.

There really is “Naan” course better if you are wanting to learn how to create the perfect naan bread in the clay oven or at home using a domestic oven. This course also equips you with the knowledge needed to make a perfect Masala Lamb dish and the famous dish Alu Gobi. A must do course for a true curry enthusiast.
