Menus to select from

The food served by The Brilliant is North Indian Punjabi cuisine with a Kenyan slant. The Brilliant specialise in producing the finest Indian food with some Kenyan influenced dishes due to its Kenyan routes, using the freshest and finest ingredients. Furthermore The Brilliant is part of the Country Land Association’s ‘Just Ask Campaign’ and sources its ingredients locally as much as possible.

Only the freshest of products and finest ingredients are used to ensure that only the best is served to guests. Our team of highly skilled chefs work hard to ensure each dish is cooked to perfection and that each preparation is unique in its own way. The Brilliant does not compromise when it comes to food quality and guarantees the highest standard of food safety and hygiene to prepare all dishes. Brilliant’s team of chefs ensure each dish is made to guest requirements and are also able to take care of any food allergy requirements agreed prior to contract.

We have put together 4 specialist menu packages for you to choose from, however if you feel you would like to create your own menu, we are more than happy to provide you with a quote based on your requirements. The menus to choose from can be altered slightly and dishes replaced, although some menu items will be charged at extra prices if they are of an additional cost.

We at The Brilliant are here to ensure your event runs precisely and as smoothly as possible. Use the below table to guide you as to how you may wish for your event to run. Timings can be adjusted accordingly to your requirements and depending on the type of event.

Banqueting suite table set-up

The seating arrangement in our banqueting suite follows a basic set up which is shown below, however we are able to re-arrange the set-up in accordance to your preference. We have both round tables as well as rectangular tables. A dance floor area is allocated to the right hand side of the room on entry into the banqueting suite. The food is all table served and tables are set-up in conjunction to this. In a buffet set-up is required for the event, tables may need to be re-arranged based on allocation of where the buffet is being arranged.

Diagonally opposite The Brilliant Restaurant is Featherstone School and Sports centre which customers are welcome to use as The Brilliant has a contract with the venue to use the car parking facility.

Entertainment

Our banqueting suite is fully equipped with an in-house music system. We have a selection of Indian and English music. You may bring along your own CD’s to be played and are also able to bring along any DVD’s to show on our TV screens (e.g. a show reel or family videos). The banqueting suite is also fully equipped with an Indian and English karaoke facility and guests are welcome to use this provided a prior agreement has been made during the time of booking.
